Believe it or not, I am any extremely cheap or frugal person. Perhaps from studying economics and from working, I understand the value of money and try to spend as little as possible. A lot of people say that London is an expensive city but I am here to prove them wrong. I will try and list cheap and free things to do in London as I come across them.
