I immigrated to New York City from Northern California in 1991. I teach in the Law Department at Baruch and am a member of the faculty of the Macaulay Honors College. I live in Manhattan with my wife and two kids. I enjoy riding my bike around the City in the new bike lanes which I think are a great advance in urban transportation.
