As mentioned earlier, there are two ways to add videos to your pages. You can either
1. upload to the site and use podpress, or
2. upload to Youtube and embed in the page
The following are instructions for the second of these methods.
==Upload video to Youtube==
The first step is to create an account on youtube and upload your video. To create an account click on the “Create Account” link in the upper right hand corner and follow directions. To upload a video click on the “Upload” link to the right of the search bar.
When viewing your uploaded video you will see a button that says “Embed”.
You will now see a dialog box that includes many different options, including size. In addition, you will see a text box whose contents start with the code “<object width= …” Select the entire contents of this box and then copy either using commands from the toolbar or by pressing <apple> + “c”.

Next, switch back to the page you are editing, and switch to html view, by clicking on the “html” tab above and to the right of the text box.
Once you are looking at the html, move the cursor to where you want insert the image, and paste the embed code by either using the “paste” command from the menu or by pressing <apple> + “v”. When you click on the “visual” tab you should be able to see the video.
