The following song is from a Japanese game exclusive to the PC called Touhou (東方). The game itself is pretty challenging, but the storyline’s pretty neat. Check it out and download it if you get a chance. And yes, there is an English patch so you could play it with English dialogue.

There are many other songs of this sort. It’s really impressive. Touhou also has an anime, which is relatively short, but still pretty neat as well.

The good news is that the music is not just limited to techno, though it is the basis for much of the music. There is techno and orchestral, as seen below.
