Developing Cross Trained Tutors and Tech Assistants
Instructional Technology Tutors (ITTs) are identified, interviewed, trained and deployed for students as well as faculty. The ITTs are technology troubleshooters, content tutors, instructional designers, or set up carts in classrooms. They are all trained to multi-task and to move students and faculty from dependent to independent.
