While the majority of Forest Hills is Caucasian, it is a diverse community with ever-changing demographics. Currently, its inhabitants come from places such as China, Kora, Russia, Jamaica, Iran, South America and countless other countries and regions of the world. 47.4% of the population is foreign born [1].

The predominant religion in Forest Hills is evidently Christianity. Nevertheless, the Bukharian Jews have had a huge impact on the community. They have built numerous Yeshivas (private schools), synogogues and a community center[3].
