NYC Rats vs. NYC Flu
NYC rats have always been something that disgusts people. But is it possible that these rats are also making us sick?
Group members: Aliza Oza and Sonel Rubinstein
In this project, we explore whether there is a correlation between NYC rats and the NYC flu. Whether it be on the train platform or sidewalks, we always see the rats running along. But do we ever think about the impact these rats can have on our health? By using NYC flu data and the number of rats sighted in NYC from 2017-2019, this project tries to see if there is a positive association between the two.
