As technology continues to improve, children and adolescents spend more time on electronic devices and less time outdoors. The goal of the project is to holistically evaluate the effect that excess screen time can have on the psychological well being of children and adolescents. We looked at five factors: sleep, physical activity, mental health, brain integrity, and attention span. Overall, there was a negative association between screen time and psychological well being. As screen time of children increased, the psychological well being of children declined.
