Our research project focuses on the potential of Prospect Park’s edible plants and animals to supplement a standard human diet. This extended into analyzing data on each edible species’ conservation status, caloric content, and seasonality. Ultimately, our conclusion determines the most optimal months for a forager to consume these resources for sustenance.

I love the focus on edible plants and animals! It makes me wonder what else could be grown in Prospect Park which could be foraged. Nice poster, Aishe and Krishna!
