This exhibit exposes the stages of a relationship and the impact a relationship can have on a couple. Each stage portrays a variety of emotions. The first date has emotions of anxiety of first meeting a person. The honeymoon phase is the main emotion here is lust; you feel as if you are the perfect couple and can handle anything. Conflict has emotions of anger and resentment, you feel as if you cannot connect and are on different sides. During growth, you are learning more about the person and understanding them more. You take conflict less seriously and work as a team here. If this growth does not work and you do not feel connected with this person, you can result in a breakup. However, if you decide to work out the conflict and grow you can build connections and a life with this person. There are so many connections one has with a partner it is important to understand those emotions.
