Our project focuses on how much sleep can have an affect on one’s academic performance. As students, we have deadlines to complete. However, even with these set deadlines, it can be difficult to manage your time when it comes to school assignments and other personal matters in order to have work done on time: thus, people begin to spend more time doing work and less time sleeping. We wanted to research how lack of sleep can effect our ability to concentrate and also other factors when it comes to learning within the classroom.
