Our group is exploring the restaurants and foods in the Bedford Avenue section of Williamsburg. We hope to discover the relationship between gentrification and restaurants through the use of ethnographic research. We believe that our restaurant expeditions would give us further insight to Williamsburg’s culture and development as a neighborhood.
