Couture on the Boardwalk

Ever since the Vanderbilt was constructed on the South Beach boardwalk, I have bemoaned the fact that I didn’t invest money in it because that place is always filled with people! There are huge parties and events there on weekdays and weekends alike, so that I can hear the music from the dance floor every time I go for a stroll on the boardwalk.

The restaurant is large, beautiful and very classy. The fact that people can go out for air, right onto the boardwalk overlooking the ocean makes it all the more romantic. And more recently, the restaurant has taken advantage of its location by conducting ceremonies right on the sand! The guard off an area of the beach with palm trees, put down a red carpet, a million chairs and viola! It’s almost like a wedding or a bar mitzvah in Jamaica! One such ceremony occured with the gorgrous sun setting over the water, followed by fireworks.
