Meet the Creators
Leslie Anselme was born in Brooklyn, New York on August 16th, 1990, proudly sharing her birthday with Madonna. She is currently a freshman at Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College, and is about to declare her major to be Journalism. She one day hopes to pursue a career as a print journalist or a filmmaker. Leslie’s passions include community service and activism, and her ultimate dream is to be featured as a guest on Oprah for either writing an amazing novel or making some kind of positive impact on the world.
Thomas Bennici was born in Brooklyn, New York on April 28th, 1990. He is currently a freshman in the Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College with an undecided major–although he is leaning towards journalism. Thomas hopes to one day make a name for himself as an entertainment journalist, novelist, songwriter, music producer, magazine editor–the list goes on and on. He currently resides in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn with his family.
Keshia Megie was born in Canada on July 5th, 1990. She is currently a freshman in the Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College with an undecided major. Her passions include writing, music and poetry. When she was younger, her aspiration was to become an entertainer. She currently lives in three blocks away from her school in Midwood, Brooklyn. One day, she would like to travel a lot more. Her dream places to visit would be Egypt, Hawaii, Australia and Tokyo.
