Due to the changes in overall physical and chemical aspects of the ocean, the overall sea surface temperature has generally increased, causing coral bleaching, including a decline in calcification caused by ocean acidification.
The Real Effects of NYC’s Plastic Bag Ban
As climate change grows of greater and greater concern to us, New York City has been taking initiatives to counteract environmental issues like pollution. One of these measures is reinstating the citywide ban on the use of plastic bags that was originally proposed, but halted. in 2017. Customers would either have to purchase a paper bag or bring a bag of their own.

Correlation between asthma and urbanization
In this project, we observed the correlation between asthma and urbanization in 23 countries in North America and 50 states of US. Based on outside studies, we hypothesized that there would be higher rates of asthma in countries with higher rates of urbanization. However, we rejected our initial hypothesis because … the reason will shock you!
