In our project we decided to test the age old saying “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” As students due to different types of constraints one’s eating habits are unique to each person. So we conducted a study to discover if eating breakfast in the morning promotes a higher amount of energy and productivity levels throughout the day. Contrary to our initial beliefs, we found that there is no direct correlation to breakfast and higher levels of energy.

I agree that a one-time survey probably won’t get you the results you need, but I like the hypothesis. I think this could easily be a longer study, taking more factors into account. Reading your poster made me think about the grouping of the questions and whether it might make a difference to reorder them so that energy level questions are first, so that people don’t draw a correlation and want to resist it. Either way, great job!
