Support

We provide support for faculty and students. Depending on your needs, this might take the form of in-class workshops, capstone guidance, or technical troubleshooting. Whatever you’re working on, we’re here to help!

TLC Support Hours

Throughout the week, we offer online support hours so that we can meet to assist with your needs. A TLC meeting is the fastest way to get personalized help. You can use this time to get help with eportfolios, common event questions, Macaulay seminar projects, and other technology and/or teaching and learning needs. You can meet one-on-one with a TLC member, or invite colleagues or classmates to join you. Support hours are open to faculty, students, and all members of the Macaulay Community. Faculty Help

As scholars in pedagogy and technology, we provide a range of services for Macaulay faculty. Some of our most common requests include helping with course development, syllabus design, building class ePortfolios, and running in-class workshops on everything from podcasting to poster design. Student Help

We provide a broad range of support to Macaulay students. TLC fellows often collaborate with students on developing seminar and capstone projects, helping students to realize their academic and creative visions. (We also help out with technological issues!) Whatever your needs, please schedule an appointment to meet with us and we’ll be happy to help.
