My project is a deep look into the life of amazing artist Dean Martin who came to dominate several entertainment industries throughout his life as he portrayed his Italian American Identity to the public. I want to people to be able to understand the role Dean Martin played in shaping American Media as well as the struggles he overcame to become the man he was. In order to choose my topic, I looked at my family and realized how much they adored the music, quotes, ideals, movies, and life of Dean Martin and how deeply they integrated it into my Italian life as I grew up watching him. I love my work and I hope other will appreciate it as I have.
