We use iNaturalist to record observations during BioBlitz.

- Before you register for the BioBlitz, create an iNaturalist account. Sign up here for iNaturalist!
- Remember to note your username and password. We ask for your username on the registration form. But if you don’t have time to make an iNaturalist account before BioBlitz, you can still register for the event without one.
- You can use iNaturalist on a desktop and/or on a mobile device. Having the app on your phone will make it possible for you to make observations easily while you are out with your BioBlitz group.
- iNaturalist has video tutorials available to help you get started. You can find videos on making observations on a mobile device, using their bulk photo uploader, taking better pictures for iNaturalist, getting help with species identification and more!
