I thought your video consisted of the perfect balance between photos and videos, and I loved the way it was created in a light, fun manner. I think the video was the perfect length to engage and inform the audience without getting too long. I have ice-skated at Bryant Park with my family countless times, and I really enjoy the beautiful scenery and liveliness of the outdoors skating rink. I like that your guide included activities for people of all ages and interests, such as yoga classes and attractions for little kids. If I were to add another place in the neighborhood, I would propose WeWork Bryant Park, an office space which offers events for all types of events. I attended an event with a club at Baruch at WeWork the other week where I heard an entrepreneur speak about micro-financing. I thought the space was elegant and modern, and definitely worth a visit being as it was right near the ice-skating rink.

I really enjoyed your video compilation about Bryant Park and not only because Bryant Park is one of my favorite places in the city. Bias aside, I thoroughly enjoyed the background music that gave the video a overall “holiday” and “winter” feel. The twinkling music in the background helps emphasize the winter charisma of Bryant Park during this time and definitely correlates to the activities you did portrayed at Bryant Park such as Ice skating. Also, I found that your video had a good balance between video and pictures that helped keep the audience engaged throughout your project. A job well done!

I thoroughly enjoyed your video as well as the places you chose to cover in your guide, especially because of the winter season and the proximity to the holidays. The pictures you had taken conveyed the beauty of the location very well, and I would definitely consider visiting the area more often. Now that we are in the midst of winter, I plan to visit the ice skating rink and hope I will not be in anyone’s way with my inexperience. Another activity I would include in the guide, exclusively for the holiday season, is Santa’s Corner, where visitors have the opportunity to take a picture with Santa Claus in the Bank of America Winter Village. Overall, the visual guide was fun and the music was very appropriate for the atmosphere of the video.

I think your cultural guide on Bryant Park really helped me understand and want to visit this historic area. You were able to show the audience the interesting history of Bryant Park alongside the major attractions. I also enjoyed how on your cultural guide you included a detailed map highlighting Bryant Park’s proximity to other icons in NY. It really showed and motivated me to visit it as it is so close to my route to get to Baruch. I also thought your video was a great aid in visually engaging the audience and simplifying all your information. I would definitely want to go ice skating at the rink.
