Adding Photos

There are many ways to add photos – you can add slide shows (the Next Gen Gallery plugin is great for this!). If you’re just adding a single image at a time to various parts, you’ll stick to the insert media tool that’s in the post editor tool bar.

Adding YouTube videos

This is also a simple process. I’m sure everyone is used to sharing links from YouTube. You can also embed a video directly into the page, making it appear seamlessly. You’ll want to copy the embed code from the YouTube video. First, you’ll click on the share icon, then you can copy the code as shown below.

Creating Hyperlinks to external pages

If you want to link words in your text to pages outside our site (always a good practice for referencing), you can use the link tool. To do this, highlight the words in your text that you want to make into a link. Then click on the link symbol in the writing toolbar.
