Bryant park is one of the highlights of New York City, yet many people are unaware of its roots. Bryant park was formerly known as a potters-field, which is a graveyard for the poor. In this project, we strive to represent this seemingly forgotten piece of history by creating a new monument for this space that honors those who were unknown and buried at this site. Although their identities are untold, they certainly will not be forgotten.
