The Spotted Lanternfly’s effects on plants make it a danger to plants and agriculture. The Tree of Heaven, another invasive species, is its preferred host. In this research poster we analyzed the relationship between the species to investigate if there was a correlation between the two and if controlling the Tree of Heaven population could help mitigate the spread and subsequent harm of Spotted Lanternflies.

I like how different your poster is. It feels creative and easily understood by people with non-science backgrounds. Additionally, I appreciate the timeline. It creates a story that supports your conclusion.

I really like this poster and the number of images you used. I think it really gave life to the poster and draws our eyes to the timeline in the middle. This is a really good strategy because the timeline is very relevant to your research. I also like how you used many different forms of evidence from stats to the timeline, to the map – it really strengthens the basis of your research.
