Unskilled Labor: work that requires practically no training or experience for its adequate or competent performance. (Workers can be replaced easily.)

Skilled labor: work that requires special training for its satisfactory performance. (Loss of worker may be detrimental to an employer.)

Strikes! This image shows a split picture of strikes. This shows the Mexicans (left) protesting the unfair treatment at the Delano grape farms. on the right, female garment workers strike their unfair treatment in the factories. It is interesting to see that oppressed workers of the early 1900's and the late 1900's decided at one point that they would no longer stand for the abuse.
