To upload the podcast you created to our course site, follow these steps:

1. Export
2. Create new post
3. Upload media (the sun-shaped one)
4. Copy URL location
5. Close out of media box
6. On the bottom of the page in Podpress section, click on “add new media” button, and paste the URL you just copied in URL location box
7. Click on auto-detect
8. Change dimensions (320 x 240 is a good one)
9. If you want to change the default image, upload a new photo to the post, grab the location URL, and paste it in the the image preview box
10. Publish
