Creative Work, 10/6-10/12

Daily Photos Please provide meaningful comments on at least three classmates’ photo works. Perhaps there were ideas you had during or after the class presentations that you were not able to share? Perhaps you see the world in a different way as a result of seeing a fellow-student’s work? Perhaps something someone showed you struck you as particularly illuminating, thought-provoking, beautiful, strange?

Daily Haiku Write and post a new haiku every day. Mark your post with the category Daily Haiku. Your haiku should develop from your daily experience. It might be inspired by something you see, hear, smell, etc. One suggestion, though not a requirement by any means, is to continue working with the themes you developed in your Daily Photos project. Giving yourself a theme might help you to get started and avoid the ‘terror of the blank page’! Reading haiku will also help you to become familiar with the genre. Have fun, be inspired, interpret the challenge, make it your own, share your work.
