Well, hello there.

My name is Ayelet, and if you can’t pronounce that, really don’t worry. I am currently a Freshman at Macaulay at Hunter college, and am completely undecided in my major.

My family is of Ashkenazic Jewish background. Most of my great-grandparents immigrated from Poland, Russia, and Lithuania, and became sweatshop workers in the textile and clothing industry. My paternal grandfather came over from Warsaw, after a long stopover in Shanghai, shortly after World War 2.

In my spare time, I can usually be found reading, writing, wasting my life on the computer, singing, or generally making a fool of myself.
