I researched a contemporary Israeli artist, Ofra Friedland. Ofra is Jewish and creates Judeo-Biblical works. I am Jewish and was moved by her works. She creates beautiful, moving pieces using different mediums such as oil, clay, and glass. Ofra is an inspiring woman who uses her talent to express her beliefs and religion.

I loved your informative video! I have never heard of Ofra before, but she seems like such an influential and talented artist. I loved her use of art and how she incorporates her culture in it.

This video was great!! I had never heard of Ofra Friedland but after watching this video I am going to look at her works because the ones showcased here were really beautiful. Her use of color and the way she is able to convey so much through each part of the painting is really fascinating. I also liked the part describing how she creates her stained glass pieces. Great job and thank you, Esther!!!!

It’s amazing to hear about Ofra’s background as a child and how she started off with clay. Her work is beautiful to look at, and hearing you describe the art pieces is also very informative to know the background of it. The stained glass work is beautiful and I love how vibrant the colors are! Very impressive art and great video Esther!

Amazing video Esther! Ofra seems like such an amazing person, so inspirational. I am so impressed to see how she was inspired by the land around her to make sure beautiful artwork. I could tell that you put a lot of effort into this! The Jerusalem of Gold painting is stunning. Thanks for sharing.

Wow- this was such a great video! I really enjoyed hearing about such a talented contemporary artist, who truly expresses her heritage through her art. All of her works are so beautiful, and I like how she uses so many mediums and incorporates so many layers into her art. Thank you for telling us about her, and her incredible contributions!
