Sadequain was a complex, well-rounded person and Zaineb did his work justice. It was amazing to see the influence of his background and his life experiences. His works were diverse but mostly religious-based. I respect that he uses his religion as an inspiration for his works.

It’s cool to see how he was inspired by something like cactus but it represented more than that! Great project

I love the quote you added from Sadequain. It’s interesting to get a grasp on his ideas behind the art. Who knew there was significance behind a woman’s neck? Very interesting Zaineb!

This video was so well put together from start to finish and I enjoyed watching it a lot. I think that you did a great job of compiling information about Sadequain and showcasing his work, as well as explaining the symbolism of parts of his artwork. I thought the parts about his background with Islamic calligraphy were very interesting and I learned so much from this video! Thank you, Zaineb, you did an incredible job!!!!!

It’s cool to hear about his transition form calligraphy to different art as he grew older. The pictures of his murals are beautiful and I love how one was placed on the ceiling. It’s always such a cool aspect of buildings that include murals above our heads, so when we look up we can really observe them. The murals are also very impressive because they are so huge! Very cool art to look at, and a very great video Zaineb!

I love how this artist melded religion and art, forming his own version of calligraphy. This was such an informative video, great job Zaineb!
