This is our own Atlas of NYC, and it’s a collection which focuses on the transformative aspect that the city has on our perspective of the arts. Each map focuses on an art form and the cartographer’s personal growth on their understanding of dance, music, visual art, and architecture, respectively. A salient contributor to these developments are the different art exhibits and performances that we’ve experienced in NYC over the past months which have ultimately came to be our turning points in our perception of the arts.
