Sleep is a vital process to the human body, without which we cannot properly function. In this project we take a look at the relationship between COVID and sleep.
Sleep is an essential and mandatory function our body needs. Sleep allows our bodies and minds to replenish and recharge. As it is a very important function, the lack of it can lead to a myriad of issues. A major issue it can possibly affect is the coronavirus. Lack of sleep is known to negatively affect our bodies. So there may an increased risk of contracting the virus with lack of sleep.
