Can totally relate to the importance of nigunim as my family also has chassidut roots. Very well explained!

Learning about the Nigun was so interesting since I have no prior knowledge on it. Everything was so well explained and clear. I love the cultural music in the background that you added, as you explained various facts!

Very cool to hear about the Nigun! It’s also interesting to learn how there aren’t many actual words in it, but instead there are sounds and syllables. There is variety to the Nigun and when it is sung for different occasions. Thank you for this video!!

Tova, this was an amazing video! As someone who also sings Niggunim in her life, it was so fascinated to learn the story behind some of my most sung pieces! I had no idea that some of the most important songs in my life are so recent, and this video did an amazing job of conveying that. It was super detailed and interesting. Awesome job Tova!

Great job! I really liked how you incorporated the niggunim, an interview, and other places where niggunim are significant. I really love this form of music, and it was so nice to learn where the songs come from. it sounds like Ben Zion Shenker was a very talented and special person. Thank you so much for teaching us about this topic- the video was great!!

I really enjoyed your video Tova! You did a great job in describing what Nigun is as well as a leading figure of this type of music. I am very interested to hear other Nigun pieces since they have a very catchy tone to them. In addition to weddings, where else are Nigun songs sang in?

This video was fascinating! I never realized how much of an impact he had on Jewish music. Many of these tunes I have heard regularly since childhood, but I never considered how they were standardized or who composed them in the first place. Great job!
