Welcome to the Good Souls 2021 Harlem Festival!
Today we’ll be taking a look at various dishes that represent Harlem’s food scene and showcase the cooking aspect.
Below we’ve attempted to cook 2 dishes that we were inspired by Harlem food culture, and executed to the best of our abilities.
What we want people to take away is how beautiful food can be, and how it’s an amazing form of art. Sometimes cooking can really represent more than just simple ingredients, but rather someone’s culture. In the videos we filmed we really tried to be as relaxed as possible and it led to an artistic & organic cooking video.
