For my STEAM project, I decided to make some alterations to the landmark that is the Stonewall Inn. My additions were decided based on making the location and neighborhood more “alive” and active towards the message created by the LGBTQ+ community after the Stonewall Riots.

With the harsh tolls the pandemic has taken on NYC’s economy as well as the effects of vaccine and mask mandates many New Yorkers have left the five boroughs for good. In our project we explore why this is and what has caused our city’s population downfall contributed to Covid-19.
